Emotional circle

This is a good exercise to warm you up and train yourself to express your emotions.

  • Take one sentence (for ex. ‘Hey you’) and repeat it out loud in different emotions.
    Some examples: Positively surprised, afraid, sad, shy, in love, aggressive and a successfully
    reached goal
