Enjoy your first exercise on expressing your emotions!
Emotional circle
This is a good exercise to warm you up and train yourself to express your emotions.
- Take one sentence (for ex. ‘Hey you’) and repeat it out loud in different emotions.
Some examples: Positively surprised, afraid, sad, shy, in love, aggressive and a successfully
reached goal
- Use facial expressions, voice and body to underline the emotion.
- Don’t be afraid to exaggerate.
